VIRANIX REPAIR 800 R4 – Structural Repair Mortar (25 kg)

A cement-based, polymer-modified, fiber-reinforced, R4-class high-strength structural repair mortar.

VIRANIX REPAIR 800 R4 is a professional structural repair mortar designed for the long-term repair of concrete surfaces. Thanks to its thixotropic properties, it can be applied on vertical and overhead surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.

Key features:

• R4 class: The highest structural repair class under EN 1504-3 — maximum strength and durability.
• Thixotropic formula: Won't sag on vertical or overhead surfaces — safe, precise application in any position.
• Fiber-reinforced structure: Polymer and fiber additives prevent cracking and increase durability.
• Great thickness in one go: Up to 5 cm per layer, and up to 7 cm total with multiple layers.

Application Guide

1. Surface preparation (mandatory):
Clean the surface of oil, paint, and dust. Remove any loose, flaking material. Remove rust from metal surfaces by sanding, then treat with a rust converter.
Thoroughly dampen the surface before application, but avoid standing water.

2. Mixing:
Pour 4.0–4.5 liters of water into the mixing container, add the 25 kg of powder, then mix with a low-speed mixer. After waiting 2 minutes, mix again until you get a homogeneous, lump-free mixture.
Tool: trowel / float.

3. Application:
Apply the mortar with a trowel or float. Can be applied up to 5 cm thick per layer. For greater thickness, allow the first layer to set before applying the next — up to 7 cm total can be achieved with multiple layers.

4. Smoothing and post-treatment:
For large surfaces, smooth with a finishing trowel. Protect the fresh surface for 24 hours from direct sunlight, frost, and strong wind.
