Heavy-duty, single-component decorative flooring for indoor and outdoor use.
VIRANIX stone carpet is a ready-to-use, pre-mixed professional flooring system. It consists of natural, selected marble and stone aggregate combined with a special water-based binder. After application, it forms an extremely hard, abrasion-resistant, seamless surface.
Key features:
- No mixing required (single-component): Ready-to-use system. No need to measure and combine components on site, eliminating mixing errors. Just open and apply!
- Low VOC content: Eco-friendly, solvent-free formula.
- Versatile: Suitable for both walls and floors (with different layer thicknesses).
- UV and weather resistance (outdoor): The water-based binder alone is not UV-resistant. For outdoor use, applying VIRANIX PrimeCoat 2K topcoat is mandatory for long-term color retention and waterproofing.

System Structure and Required Accessories

1. Priming (mandatory):
For proper adhesion, the prepared surface must first be treated with VIRANIX Terralock professional primer.
Material requirement: approx. 150g/m² -
2. Application (no mixing needed!):
The product is ready to use — no hardener needs to be added. After opening, simply stir the material at low speed, then spread it with a stainless steel trowel. Wash tools immediately after use. -
3. Surface sealing (mandatory for outdoor use!):
To protect the surface and improve durability and cleanability, applying a topcoat resin is necessary:
• Indoor (dust reduction, easier cleaning): VIRANIX PrimeCoat 1K topcoat
• Outdoor (UV protection, waterproofing, color retention): VIRANIX PrimeCoat 2K topcoat
Material requirement: approx. 300g/m²
Technical and Storage Data
- Pack size: 25 kg / bucket
- Grain size: 1 mm
- Drying (20°C): Walkable after 24 hours. Full load-bearing capacity: after 4-5 days.
- Temperature: Between +10°C and +30°C.
- Storage: In original, sealed packaging, in a frost-free, cool location (above +5°C). Frost-sensitive!
- Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture.
Safety warning: Harmful if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

VIRANIX stone carpet is a single-component, pre-mixed flooring system made of natural, selected stone aggregate and a special, flexible, custom-developed binder. The system can be used directly, without mixing, allowing for fast, clean, and reliable installation both outdoors and indoors.
What surfaces can VIRANIX stone carpet be applied to?
With proper preparation and layer structure, VIRANIX stone carpet can be applied to outdoor and indoor surfaces, for example:
- terraces, stairs, walkways,
- driveways,
- interior walls, hallways, kitchens, bathrooms.
⚠️ Specific suitability is never general — it always depends on the layer structure, thickness, and topcoat used.
Is it suitable for vehicle loads?
Yes, with the proper layer structure, VIRANIX stone carpet is suitable for passenger vehicle loads.
Conditions:
- minimum 6-8 mm layer thickness,
- proper priming,
- applying VIRANIX PRIMECOAT 2K topcoat.
⚠️ Without the above conditions, the product cannot be considered suitable for vehicle loads.
What thickness is needed for different uses?
General guidance (not a binding recommendation):
- Interior wall: approx. 2–3 mm
- Terrace, stairs, pedestrian traffic: approx. 4–6 mm
- Vehicle loads: minimum 6-8 mm + 2K topcoat
The exact thickness is determined by the substrate and the load.
What warranty applies to VIRANIX stone carpet?
As a product, VIRANIX stone carpet is covered by the statutory warranty for defects.
In addition:
- 15-year system and material warranty if installation is carried out by an official VIRANIX partner according to the specified layer structure
- 3-year warranty if installation is carried out by a non-official partner
⚠️ The warranty does not cover an unsuitable substrate, installation errors, or deviation from the layer structure.
Is VIRANIX stone carpet completely smooth?
The surface of the stone carpet is finely textured, with a natural stone effect.
With a topcoat, the surface becomes more sealed and easier to clean, but it won't be mirror-smooth like a resin floor.
This property is what provides the slip resistance.
What are the advantages of stone carpet flooring?
VIRANIX stone carpet is a slip-resistant, UV-resistant, frost-resistant, and extremely durable flooring. Its flexible structure handles thermal expansion well, gives a modern look, and with the proper topcoat is easy to keep clean. With the proper layer structure, it's also suitable for vehicle loads.
Is primer needed under VIRANIX stone carpet?
Yes. VIRANIX stone carpet cannot be applied without priming.
The primer's job is:
- ensuring adhesion,
- equalizing the substrate's absorbency,
- increasing the flooring's service life.
⚠️ If priming is improper or skipped, the flooring's adhesion may suffer, and this is not covered by the warranty.
Is VIRANIX stone carpet water-permeable or waterproof?
Unlike conventional (porous) systems, VIRANIX stone carpet with the proper layer structure forms a completely waterproof surface. Thanks to its sealed structure, moisture and dirt cannot penetrate the material.
- Outdoors: Together with the mandatory VIRANIX PrimeCoat 2K topcoat, it provides 100% waterproofing and UV protection, protecting the substrate from water damage and frost.
- Indoors: It forms a sealed, hygienic surface that (treated with a topcoat) is easy to mop and keep clean.
⚠️ Important tip for outdoor use: Since the flooring is waterproof (water doesn't flow through it), when installing on terraces and outdoor surfaces, you must ensure the substrate has a proper slope (min. 1.5–2%) so rainwater can drain off the surface unobstructed!
